What type of device is a Webcam?
The webcam or Web Camera for me is an input device. Simply because it takes pictures and captures videos and saves it to your computer.
Reaction on the movie “The pirates of Silicon Valley”.
The movie was basically about the humble beginnings of both Steve Jobs and Bill Gates. It showed the early competition between Bill Gates’ Microsoft and Steve Jobs’ Macintosh.
Both of them had the same idea and are heading to the same direction on terms of building the best computer. Steve’s Apple company got the head start with them taking the “mouse” by the Xerox company which is still used in the modern days. It caught people’s eyes everywhere because for the first time in a computer, you just have to drag and click anywhere and anything you want which was very convenient for computer users before.
Bill’s Microsoft also had it’s highlights when it introduced the DOS or also known as the Disk Operationg System. Which was also a breakthrough in the computer industry.
Bill Gates became the world’s wealthiest man when Microsoft over-ran Steve’s Macintosh. Steve Job’s was fired by the president of the Apple company. But he returned to Apple in 1997.
Today, these two companies still battle it out in the markets, still trying to be better than the other.
